Hunting Guns

Firearms used for hunting represent the most diverse selection of guns for any type of shooting. Species hunted in Illinois range from small mammals such as squirrels, to large game such as whitetail deer. Upland bird hunting can start with quail and pheasant, and end with Spring hunting for Wild Turkeys. Migratory bird hunting starts with dove season, and then runs through a highly structured set of duck and goose seasons.

We primarily keep in stock a variety of new and used pistols, revolvers, rifles and shotguns. In addition, we try to keep an adequate supply of optics, rings & mounts, ammunition, gun cases, pistol magazines, holsters, and cleaning supplies.

The rise of the Internet has blurred the lines separating what we physically have within our storefront at any particular time, compared what we know we can have "in-hand" within the next one to three days. Since firearms have a waiting period, we can frequently receive an ordered specific firearm before the mandatory waiting period has expired. Many optics and accessories can also be ordered with expected deliveries within the same time frames. However, ammunition must always travel by ground transportation, and may take several days longer depending on the distances involved.

In the near future, we plan to list a current inventory of in-stock firearms.
